En tant qu’Assistant(e) RH, vous assisterez l’équipe T&C dans ses missions. Vous participerez aux missions suivantes :
· Administration du personnel : constitution des dossiers du personnel, la mise à jour des procédures RH, les tâches administratives d’embauche et de départ, les dossiers de prise en charge des formations, … ;
· Communication RH : contribution à des projets de communication ponctuels, création de support et présentation RH;
· Recrutement : participation aux processus de recrutement (identification des besoins, rédaction et diffusion des annonces, tri des CV, suivi des candidatures, pré-sélection téléphonique, participation aux entretiens)
· Projets transverses : participation au différents projets RH.

Issu(e) d’une formation BAC+4/5 spécialisée en Ressources Humaines, le (la) candidat(e) idéal(e) devra posséder :
· Un très bon sens de l’organisation ;
· De la rigueur, de l’autonomie et de la discrétion ;
· Le goût du travail en équipe ;
· De l’aisance relationnelle ;
· Bonne capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation
· Des connaissances de base en Droit du travail ;
· Une bonne maîtrise du pack Office ;
· Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
· Une première expérience en Ressources Humaines
Le stage est à pourvoir pour une durée de 6 mois à Paris.
