Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Bodrum, Türkiye. In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa experiences that combine technical expertise with genuine care for our guests' well-being. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of spa treatments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence. Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury or five-star hotel or spa environment
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality spa treatments and wellness services
- Experience working in a guest-focused, service-oriented setting
- Genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Calm, composed, and professional demeanor under all circumstances
- Guest-focused approach with a warm, empathetic, and supportive attitude
- Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy with strong ethical standards
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and guest needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully
