Job Description

SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all visitors.

  • Greet and welcome spa guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage spa bookings, appointments, and scheduling using our booking software
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and packages to guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with spa inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and efficiently
  • Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and filing

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach
  • Proficiency in booking and scheduling software
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional certifications in hospitality or spa management a plus
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and services preferred
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required,  other languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
