Job Description

  • Manage appointment bookings for guests who wish to use SPA services.

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, promptly, and effectively; relay messages accurately and in a timely manner to the relevant person.

  • Promote and sell SPA products while providing guests with detailed information about them.

  • Regularly check emails and other written messages, ensuring necessary notifications are made.

  • Ensure that all necessary supplies are available and that stock levels are maintained in the work area.

  • Ensure compliance with the standards of Leading Hotels/SPA of the World.

  • Stay informed about hotel procedures, other departments' services, and available activities.

  • Keep track of and stay updated on all promotions related to the hotel and Purovel SPA for members and guests.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, guest-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

  • Basic knowledge of SPA and wellness concepts.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.

  • Professionalism in telephone, email, and face-to-face communication.

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.

  • Preferably experienced in the hospitality or SPA industry.
