Job Description

SO/ Sotogrande, a luxury resort located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead our world-class wellness facility. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the success of our wellness offerings.

  • Manage daily spa operations, including treatment scheduling, facility maintenance, and inventory control
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement innovative spa programs and services to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Manage financial aspects of the spa, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and promote spa services throughout the resort
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving spa offerings and operational efficiency
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with product vendors and service providers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in spa management or a related role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven track record in team leadership, financial management, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders
  • Spa management certification preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and current wellness industry trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
