Job Description

•    Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations 
•    Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies.
•    Sets a positive example in customer relations.
•    Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
•    Addresses customer problems and complaints.
•    Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service.
•    Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
•    Strives to improve service performance.
•    Maintains a close relationship with the teams, always listening to identify and address employee issues or concerns and escalate them to the Director of Spa.
•    Drives the continuous training program so that employees receive adequate training to successfully perform their jobs.
•    Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures.

•    Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management
•    Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
•    Advanced level of English and Spanish.
•    Office package management.
•    Excellent writing, administration and customer service skills.
