Job Description

Position Summary:

At Fairmont Doha, every guest experience begins with a warm welcome and impeccable service. As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a serene and immaculate environment that reflects the elegance of the brand. You will support the daily operations of the spa by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort across all spa and wellness areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all spa and wellness areas (treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and wet areas) are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times.

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to treatment areas, providing a brief orientation of spa facilities.

  • Maintain cleanliness and ambiance by refreshing towels, replenishing amenities, and resetting lounges after use.

  • Monitor guest needs discreetly and respond promptly and professionally to all requests.

  • Support therapists by preparing treatment rooms between appointments (linen change, restocking products, etc.).

  • Maintain inventory of spa supplies and amenities and inform management of restocking needs.

  • Ensure all areas are compliant with hygiene, safety, and Fairmont brand standards.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

  • Maintain knowledge of all spa services, protocols, and promotions to support the guest journey.

  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for cleanliness and order.

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).

  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to guest satisfaction.

  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
