Afin d’assurer notre activité, nous avons besoin de renforcer notre brigade ! Nous sommes donc à la recherche de sous-chef(fe) de partie cuisine H/F.
Rattaché au Chef de cuisine, vous serez responsable de la satisfaction des clients.
- Formation et gestion d’une équipe,
- Production culinaire,
- Veiller à la fabrication, au montage et à la réalisation des commandes de nos clients,
- Garantir le respect des recettes,
- Veiller à la bonne utilisation et à l’entretien du matériel,
- Gérer l’approvisionnement de matières premières,
- Respecter les ratios de qualité et rentabilité,
- Faire appliquer les normes de sécurité et d’hygiène.
- Participer à l'avancée des actions RSE prioritaires en production : réduction du gaspillage alimentaire, amélioration du tri des déchets (biodéchet en priorité), réduction des contenants à usage unique (plastique aluminium…), amélioration de l'expérience collaborateurs.
- Sensibiliser les collaborateurs à la politique RSE groupe et l'appliquer dans les tâches quotidiennes.

- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
- À l’aise avec les produits et techniques culinaires
- Animé(e) par l’envie de transmettre votre savoir-faire
- Attentif(ve) au respect des règles d’hygiène
- À l’aise dans le travail en équipe
Vous êtes titulaire d’un CAP Cuisine ou d’un Bac Pro Cuisine et disposez d’une première expérience dans le domaine ? Votre profil nous intéresse !

- Vacation sur le site de Roland-Garros - du 23 mai au 7 juin 2026 - horaires en journée
Rémunération (brut) : 19 € à 22 € brut / heure
CCN : Hôtels, Cafés, Restaurants (HCR 1979)
