Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel un Chef de Partie cuisine H/F/X, en CDI.

Vos futures missions :
- Vous êtes sous la responsabilité du Responsable restauration pour l’exécution des plats, des recettes, dans le respect des délais impartis. (Et c’est parfois le rush en cuisine !) ;
- Vous tenez à la propreté de votre lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant les règles d'hygiène HACCP ;
- Vous effectuez l’envoi des plats dans le respect des délais souhaités par le client ;
- Vous participez aux travaux d'inventaire ainsi qu’au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises lors de la livraison ;
- Vous organisez et contrôler le travail des Commis de Cuisine et des Apprentis pour votre partie.
Grâce à votre savoir être, votre savoir-faire et votre sens du détail, vous contribuerez à la préparation des plats et la satisfaction de nos clients.
Parlons de vous :
● Passionné(e) par la gastronomie, vous maîtrisez les techniques culinaires propres aux cuisiniers de la grande restauration. Vous avez à cœur de régaler vos clients !
● Méthodique, efficace et créatif(ve), vous savez faire preuve de polyvalence au sein de votre brigade pour la réalisation des plats ;
● Consciencieux, autant dans l’exécution des recettes élaborées que dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de qualité de la cuisine.
