- Salaire de 24.07$ par heure et pourboires;
- Horaire à temps partiel de nuit, la fin de semaine et jours fériés (22h00 à 6h30);

Hôtel alliant luxe à la française et gastronomie locale, le Sofitel Montréal Le Carré Doré est un mélange parfait de design minimaliste et de sophistication chaleureuse. Le serveur - service aux chambres prend en charge l’ensemble des commandes de restauration par téléphone, de cuisiner les délicieux plats et de les livrer en chambre, tout au long de la nuit.
Une carrière qui laisse votre passion s’exprimer
- Prendre les commandes transmises par le/la téléphoniste ou par le client
- Prendre en charge les commandes en cuisine, en prenant en compte les besoins particuliers et les allergies ;
- Cuisiner et cuire les plats en respectant les recettes et les règles d'hygiène et de salubrité ;
- Apporter les commandes de nourriture rapidement aux invités dans leur chambre de façon à préserver la qualité de la nourriture et en respectant les hauts standards de Sofitel ;
- Fermer convenablement les factures des invités, les frais et les pourboires
- Assurer un service de qualité aux clients ;
- Faire la tournée d es couloirs de l’hôtel pour ramasser la vaisselle, les tables chariots et les cabarets déposés dans les corridors par les clients ;
- Faire les tâches quotidiennes du département ;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
- Formation académique en hôtellerie, restauration ou expérience équivalente et pertinente;
- Bonnes connaissances culinaires ou expérience en cuisine;
- Expérience en service de restauration ou au service aux chambres;
- Excellent service à la clientèle et attitude distinguée;
- Autonomie et sens de l’organisation;
- Capacité à réagir rapidement aux situations d’urgence;
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais, afin de comprendre et discuter aisément avec une clientèle internationale, de façon régulière.
