• Welcome guests with a smile, guide them through the menu, suggest tasty options, and ensure every order is spot-on for a seamless dining experience

• Lead the charge in creating a buzz at Thirteen50– where great food and drinks meet great vibes!
• Deliver top-notch, friendly service to all guests, know your VIPs, and keep food service running smoothly and under control
• Equip the team with top-notch menu, drink, and promotion knowledge to wow guests and nail every bill with precision
• Supervise the Food & Beverage team to uphold service standards, assist with recruitment and training, and ensure a polished, professional team presentation

You will be:

• Passionate about delivering WOW-worthy customer service that leaves guests smiling
• Equipped with 1 year minimum experience in a hotel or cafe/restaurant - you're no stranger to excellence
• Ready for flexible hours and exciting shifts - no two days are the same!
• A beverage pro with a knack for beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, and a bonus if you’re a Micros whiz
• Service-driven with a keen eye for detail, embracing diverse cultures and thriving independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Driven, energetic, with excellent communication skills
