Desarrollar, mantener y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con agencias mayoristas nacionales e internacionales, tour operadores y socios estratégicos para maximizar la ocupación, la tarifa promedio y los ingresos del hotel, alineados con los estándares de lujo de SLS Playa Mujeres.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas dirigidas al canal wholesale.
- Gestionar cuentas clave de tour operadores y agencias mayoristas.
- Negociar contratos anuales y promociones con mayoristas nacionales e internacionales.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos establecidos con socios comerciales.
- Coordinar y realizar presentaciones de ventas, fam trips y visitas de inspección al hotel.
- Participar en ferias turísticas, caravanas y eventos de promoción nacionales e internacionales.
- Monitorear la competencia y las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de marketing, revenue y operaciones para garantizar la coherencia de las ofertas y promociones.
- Analizar reportes de producción, tarifas promedio, pick up, y forecast de cuentas mayoristas.
- Representar la marca SLS con profesionalismo y en concordancia con los estándares de lujo.
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas Turísticas, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Internacionales o afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas hoteleras, preferentemente en el segmento mayorista y en hoteles de lujo todo incluido.
- Experiencia con mercados internacionales (EE. UU., Canadá, LATAM, Europa).
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
- Otros idiomas (deseables)
