Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.


Job Description

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue, build partnerships, and maximize venue occupancy. This role is highly involve in leading business development efforts, foster client relationships, and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure a seamless client experience for high volume events in beach club.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for private events, group bookings, and VIP experiences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key segments: luxury lifestyle, restaurants, and entertainment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, event planners, agencies, brands, and tour operators.
  • Create tailored proposals and close deals for events, private parties, product launches, brand activations, leisure, and lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotions that attract target clientele.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
  • Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline in CRM software; provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts, pricing, and packages.

 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 3–5 years in a sales, business development, or events management role within beach clubs, event venues, nightlife, or entertainment sectors in UAE or Qatar.
  • Strong existing network of entertainment clients, event agencies, and lifestyle groups.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of event operations, customer experience, and luxury service standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
  • Passion for dining, music, lifestyle events, and premium guest experiences.
