Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

  • Develop and execute successful business acquisition strategies across Corporate, MICE, and Inbound segments
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative sales solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
  • Forecast sales projections and develop strategies to meet or exceed goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive sales management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth across Corporate, MICE, and Inbound segments
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills for effective planning and forecasting
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
