Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of potential accounts within a specified territory
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective use of sales tools and techniques
  • Maximize account production and up-sell following revenue directions
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, needs, and opportunities
  • Organize and participate in sales activities such as blitz campaigns, telemarketing, sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and workshops
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and decisions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions and market engagements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Monitor competitor activities and report on market threats and opportunities
  • Attend regular sales meetings and provide performance reports as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar hospitality management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Ability to develop rapport with colleagues, management staff, and clients
  • Experience in the service industry, preferably in luxury or five-star hotels
  • Understanding of and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent follow-up and documentation skills
  • Ability to calmly and effectively execute last-minute requests
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach to sales
