Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and closing high-value deals. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to analyze market opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer experiences will directly impact our organization's success.   • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outside calls, site visits, networking events, and digital outreach to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and requests for proposals, converting qualified leads into confirmed deals within established timeframes
  • Conduct personalized presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients and decision-makers to showcase value and differentiation
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, including pricing, payment schedules, and service level agreements, while protecting company margins
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by identifying upselling and cross-selling possibilities and customizing solutions to meet client needs
  • Prepare detailed and accurate documentation, proposals, and contracts for operational handoff to relevant internal teams
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and bookings in our CRM system and maintain accurate forecasts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and demonstrate resilience in a competitive, goal-oriented environment where continuous improvement is valued

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 12 months of proven experience in a proactive sales role, preferably in a corporate, B2B, hospitality, or events-focused business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Delphi, Cvent, Salesforce, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical abilities with competency in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing sales reports
  • Confident, articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound understanding of emerging industry trends and competitive landscape

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in a consultative or solution-based sales environment
  • Familiarity with revenue optimization and upselling strategies
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Arabic language proficiency (added value for our Cairo location)
  • Sales certification or formal training in consultative selling techniques
