Job Description

COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW US YOUR VISION …

At 25hours, we don't just create stays, we create unforgettable experiences. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who loves building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and bringing new business through our doors. If you're motivated, people-focused, and eager to grow your career in hospitality sales, we want to meet you.

This is your daily contribution to make 25hours The Olympia the most talked-about destination ...

  • Own the reactive sales process for accommodation groups, meetings, events and private functions;

  • Act as the primary sales contact for reactive MICE, corporate groups, leisure groups and social events, escalating strategic or high-value opportunities to the Commercial Director;

  • Convert inbound demand quickly and commercially, maintaining clear response times, follow-up cadence and next actions for every qualified enquiry;

  • Develop tailored proposals that reflect how each customer buys and showcase the full 25hours experience rather than selling space or rooms in isolation;

  • Drive upselling and revenue attachment across accommodation, F&B, room upgrades, additional venues, arrival experiences and other hotel products;

  • Own social event conversion, with clear package options and upsell opportunities designed to improve average booking value;

  • Manage tentative business, option dates, contracts, deposits and key sales milestones in accordance with hotel policy;

  • Maintain accurate and current opportunity, revenue, activity and lost-business information in Delphi and other relevant systems;

  • Work closely with Revenue and Reservations on group rates, availability, displacement considerations and accommodation requirements;

  • Work with the Sales Manager on proactive leads that become reactive opportunities and support larger or strategically important opportunities as required;

  • Hand confirmed business to the Sales & Event Planning Manager with complete commercial information, agreed inclusions, contracted terms and clear client expectations;

  • Support client site inspections, famils, showcases and hotel sales events where required.

Qualifications

We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …

  • Experience in hotel, venue, events, groups or hospitality sales with a strong customer and conversion focus;

  • Confident handling a high volume of enquiries while maintaining personalised service and commercial discipline;

  • Strong written proposal, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills;

  • Understands the difference between group dining, meetings, events and accommodation groups and can route enquiries appropriately;

  • Commercially minded with a natural ability to upsell and connect rooms, F&B and experiences;

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple option dates, contracts and deadlines;

  • Confident working across Sales, Revenue, Reservations, F&B and Operations;

  • Experience with Delphi, Opera or comparable hotel/event systems is advantageous.
