Conveniently located in the heart of Tashkent, this will be the first Swissôtel property in the capital of Uzbekistan. Our hotel will feature contemporary rooms and suites, as well as versatile conference and meeting facilities. • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance the hotel’s market presence.

• Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, MICE partners, travel agencies, and other business partners to maximize business opportunities.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, PR, social media campaigns, and local market activations.

• Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the hotel’s brand standards and Accor corporate goals.

• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with maximum return on investment.

• Represent the hotel at the trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate new business.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (as Department Head or Assistant Department Head) at a branded international 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving market share, and delivering commercial success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Experience in the opening of a new branded hotel in a sales and marketing leadership role is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Russian is highly preferred; proficiency in English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of the Central Asian hospitality market or similar regional markets is a plus.
