Controla las llamadas internas y externas del hotel con el fin de desviarlas al Departamento encargado de asistir con el seguimiento correspondiente. Se trata de una posición Back of the House que además de controlar el flujo de llamadas, será el primer contacto del hotel, si se trata de una interacción telefónica, y podrá asistir de manera inmediata en caso de tratarse de una tarea y/o requerimiento de Front Office.
Además de fungir como pieza clave en la operación administrativa diaria del Front Office; por lo tanto, será quien dé seguimiento a las solicitudes durante la estancia de los huéspedes y con los departamentos generales del hotel, siempre anticipándose y adaptándose a necesidades según se requiera.
Será una pieza clave en el equipo de Front Office, pues será quien ayude a recabar información de todos los huéspedes y a su vez, centralizar el proceso y registro de cobro a los saldos según corresponda de las cuentas de huéspedes y el hotel, teniendo como consecuencia, la capacidad de fungir como un recepcionista administrativo que controle la operación de las habitaciones en sistema.
- Responder llamadas externas y transferirlas a los departamentos indicados.
- Responder llamadas de departamentos internos para asistir con cualquier solicitud.
- Responder llamadas y/o mensajes de huéspedes, registrando en la bitácora todas las solicitudes.
- Manejar quejas inmediatas, registrarlas en bitácoras e informarlas a Guest Relations y FOM/FOAM para seguimiento posterior.
- Revisar y responder los mensajes de Online Guest Services (Kipsu SMS, Whats app, E-mail)
- Registrar y realizar wake up calls.
- Apoyar a FOM/FOAM con diferentes tareas según sea necesario.
- Preparación de Welcome Kits para llegadas.
- Envío de llaves digitales a llegadas del día.
- Cobro y registro de pago de salidas del día.
- Realizar llamadas y enviar mensaje de follow up a nuestros huéspedes.
- Utilizar la plataforma HotSOS para las solicitudes/problemas de huéspedes.
- Realizar reservaciones en restaurantes del hotel para huéspedes en casa y clientes externos.
- Crear Cousu Main para huéspedes.
- Cumplir con las tareas de su propio checklist al 100%.
- Apoyar en el Front Desk en caso de volumen de huéspedes considerable en el Lobby.
* Las actividades mencionadas son solo las principales, en operación se agregarán tantas como sea necesario.
Experiencia en Hoteleria
