L'ibis Roma Fiera offre 140 camere nei pressi dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino e del nuovo polo fieristico della città, posizione ideale per un soggiorno a Roma per clienti business. Il nostro hotel dispone di un bar in funzione 24 ore su 24, di un ristorante aperto ogni giorno dalle 19.00 alle 22.30, di un centro fitness e di due sale riunioni modulari con tecnologie all'avanguardia. È uno dei migliori hotel economici a Roma, con garage gratuito e facilmente raggiungibile dalle autostrade A1 e A24.
Tecnica professionale e relazione con il cliente:
- Riserva alla clientela un’accoglienza calorosa, efficiente e all'altezza degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel
- Esegue nel sistema informatico in uso nell'hotel le procedure informatiche e amministrative dei check-in/check out
- Verifica le garanzie e le prenotazioni dei clienti
- Garantisce il monitoraggio costante del soggiorno dei clienti, comunicando a colleghi e superiori le informazioni importanti e verificando le garanzie
- Risponde alle telefonate e riceve sistematicamente le prenotazioni
- Gestisce, verifica e controlla la propria cassa personale
- Risponde alle varie richieste dei clienti e le segue per garantirne l'adempimento
- Fornisce informazioni turistiche ai clienti
- Realizza i diversi progetti affidatigli/le dai suoi superiori
- Applica le procedure e le politiche stabilite dal marchio e dall'hotel riguardo al controllo dei clienti ed alla sicurezza delle persone
- Si accerta che le richieste particolari dei clienti siano inoltrate ai servizi competenti
- Incarna lo spirito Heartist nelle interazioni con i clienti
Commerciale / Vendita:
- Conosce i servizi proposti dall'hotel, ne informa il cliente su sua richiesta e lo stimola a utilizzarli proponendogli di prenotarli
Management trasversale:
- Lavora in stretta collaborazione con i servizi dell’hotel
Igiene/Sicurezza delle persone/Ambiente:
- Vigila sulla pulizia del luogo di lavoro e sul corretto funzionamento del materiale ricevuto in dotazione
- Conosce ed applica i comportamenti da seguire durante un'evacuazione in caso di incendio
- Conosce e applica la politica del piano di sviluppo sostenibile
- Applica le norme di sicurezza sull'accoglienza dei clienti, in particolare di quelli con disabilità
- Padronanza dell'inglese e di una seconda lingua secondo le esigenze dell'hotel
- Senso del servizio e dell’accoglienza
- Passione per il cliente
- Competenze informatiche (elaborazione di testi e fogli di calcolo, OPERA)
- Ottima capacità relazionale ed eccellente comunicazione (interna e con la clientela)
- Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in un team e spirito di iniziativa
