REVENUE MANAGER MULTI-HOTELS (H/F)

Vous êtes en charge de définir et piloter la stratégie de Revenue Management,, afin de maximiser les revenus et la rentabilité. Vous intervenez sur un marché à forte saisonnalité, concurrentiel et en constante évolution, en lien direct avec la responsable Revenue Management, les directeurs des établissements et les équipes commerciales.
Formation :Bac+2/3 en hôtellerie, commerce, gestion ou Revenue Management.
Expérience :
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en Revenue Management, idéalement en environnement multi-hôtels ou sur des établissements à forte saisonnalité.
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise des systèmes IdeaS/ FOLS/ Hotel Distribution, et Excel avancé.
Bonne compréhension des enjeux de distribution digitale et e-commerce hôtelier.
Anglais professionnel courant.
Qualités personnelles :
Rigueur, esprit analytique et autonomie.
Excellentes capacités de communication.
Force de proposition et orientation résultats.
Flexibilité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement multi-sites.
Vous intégrez une équipe RM multi marques pour la zone sud, en charge de la gestion RM pour des hôtels Upscale, midscale et economiques.
