Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and analytically-minded Revenue Manager (Cluster) to join our organization in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will oversee revenue management operations across a cluster of properties, driving profitability through data-driven pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and yield optimization. You will partner with property-level teams to implement revenue strategies that maximize occupancy rates and average daily rates while maintaining competitive market positioning. The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen with hospitality industry expertise to deliver measurable revenue growth across the cluster.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies across the cluster of properties to optimize profitability and market share
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions and revenue forecasting
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates, average daily rates, revenue per available room, and total revenue
  • Collaborate with property managers and sales teams to align revenue strategies with operational capabilities and market opportunities
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage revenue management systems and tools to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Conduct regular reviews of pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and business objectives
  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities and lead initiatives to capture incremental revenue across the cluster
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Mentor and support property-level revenue teams in implementing cluster-wide revenue management best practices
  • Ensure compliance with revenue management policies and procedures across all cluster properties

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years managing multiple properties or a cluster
  • Proven expertise in yield management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget planning
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with revenue management systems, property management systems (PMS), and business intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent understanding of hospitality operations, market dynamics, and revenue drivers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in market analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Experience with budget monitoring and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of revenue management best practices and industry standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and properties
