At 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin we are particularly proud of that fact that, in addition to many international guests, we also count local Berlin residents amongst our visitors. The monthly events with cool, eccentric, and sometimes famous acts are also popular with our colleagues. In close proximity to our urban jungle you’ll find many public transport links. Lunchtimes are usually spent together in our canteen, or sometimes we go shopping at the Bikini mall - complete with discounts. In this way, a few friendships blossom from our young team.

Our Restaurant Manager has independent responsibility for running the restaurant and makes sure that the staff have everything a strong team needs. Working in close collaboration with concept creator NENI, the bar is being marketed as a standalone concept with eclectic dishes based on the chef’s choice targeted at a neighbourhood clientele. We are looking forward to welcoming you to NENI Berlin as a Restaurant Manager (f/m/d).

How does your working day look like ...

• You’ll take care of resource planning, manage the team, and support your colleagues’ development
• You’ll make sure that our guests aren’t just well-fed, but also happy and content
• You’ll take responsibility for the budget, and make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly
• Together with our external concept partner, you’ll develop the restaurant as a business
• You’ll always support your colleagues with a winning smile, even when all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You’ve gained management experience in a similar role, and can speak German and English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this you find it easy to communicate with charm, even if it’s sometimes tricky
• You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
