L’Ibis Paris CDG Airport c’est : un hôtel flagship au cœur de la zone aéroportuaire, une clientèle aux profils variés, 772 chambres, 5 points de vente restauration et 13 salles de séminaires.
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Restauration afin d’assurer le pilotage opérationnel de notre activité restauration et d’accompagner les équipes au quotidien dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.
Véritable manager de terrain, vous garantissez la qualité de service, la bonne organisation des opérations et la satisfaction de la clientèle, tout en veillant au respect des standards de l’établissement.
Vos missions :
- Superviser l’ensemble des opérations quotidiennes de restauration.
- Encadrer, animer et accompagner les équipes sur le terrain.
- Organiser l’activité et gérer les priorités en fonction des flux et de l’exploitation.
- Garantir la qualité de service et l’expérience client.
- Assurer la coordination avec les différents services de l’établissement.
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes.
- Participer à l’optimisation des organisations et au suivi opérationnel.
- Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration continue des performances et du fonctionnement des équipes.
- Solide expérience en management opérationnel dans le secteur de la restauration et/ou de l’hôtellerie.
- Forte présence terrain et capacité à accompagner les équipes au quotidien.
- Sens de l’organisation et excellente gestion des priorités.
- Capacité à gérer l’exploitation dans un environnement à fort volume d’activité.
- Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et qualités de communication.
- Autonomie, réactivité et sens des responsabilités.
- Sens du service client et exigence élevée en matière de qualité.
- Capacité à travailler en coordination.
- Maîtrise des enjeux d’hygiène, d’organisation et de suivi opérationnel.
- CDI – Temps complet 39h
