Intégrer différentes approches d’apprentissage au sein de l’organisation
Concevoir et animer des séminaires de formation, des cours en ligne et d’autres supports pédagogiques
Évaluer l’efficacité des stratégies de développement et accompagner les équipes afin de maximiser les opportunités d’apprentissage
Accompagner les responsables de département dans le développement de leurs collaborateurs à travers des parcours de carrière structurés
Innover à travers les médias et les technologies pour créer un environnement d’apprentissage engageant
Utiliser une variété de méthodes de formation, incluant l’e-learning, des canaux de communication ouverts et le mentorat
Maintenir des relations solides avec les leaders de l’organisation afin de bien comprendre leurs besoins en formation
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire en Learning & Development (Officer / Supervisor)
Excellentes capacités de communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais
Aisance dans la prise de parole en public et capacité à animer des formations
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec une forte capacité à travailler de manière autonome et proactive
Une expérience au sein d’un hôtel 5 étoiles constitue un atout majeur
Maîtrise des outils et plateformes d’e-learning, avec une appétence pour les solutions digitales de formation
