Pour notre ouverture à Suresnes, on recherche un(e) Responsable Cuisine prêt(e) à construire, structurer et faire vivre une offre food simple, efficace et impactante.
Tu es le moteur de la cuisine.
Celui ou celle qui organise, produit, encadre et fait tourner le service avec exigence et fluidité.
Ici, pas de gastronomie figée : une cuisine moderne, accessible, bien exécutée, pensée pour s’intégrer à l’expérience globale TRIBE.
Tes missions
Un rôle concret, terrain et structurant :
- Piloter la production culinaire au quotidien (offre snacking/restauration)
- Garantir la qualité, la régularité et la présentation des plats
- Mettre en place une organisation de cuisine efficace et adaptée au volume
- Encadrer, former et accompagner l’équipe cuisine
- Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les relations fournisseurs
- Maîtriser les coûts (matières premières, pertes, productivité)
- Veiller au respect strict des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)
- Participer à la création et à l’évolution de l’offre food en lien avec l’identité TRIBE
- Collaborer avec les équipes salle et réception pour assurer une expérience fluide
- Être acteur(trice) clé de l’ouverture : mise en place, tests, ajustements
Le profil qu’on cherche :
- Expérience confirmée en cuisine
- Profil opérationnel, organisé et autonome
- Capacité à structurer une cuisine efficace et rentable
- Sens du produit, de la qualité et du détail
- Leadership naturel et esprit d’équipe
- Réactivité, adaptabilité et gestion du stress
- Bonne maîtrise des normes HACCP
- Une sensibilité aux concepts modernes/lifestyle est un vrai plus
