Responsable Commercial - Agadir

Nous recherchons un(e) représentant(e) commercial(e) dynamique et axé(e) sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe à Agadir, au Maroc. En tant que membre clé de notre force de vente, vous serez chargé(e) de stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en identifiant et en poursuivant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales tout en entretenant des relations solides avec les clients existants.
- Prospecter et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans la région d'Agadir et ses environs
- Organiser des démonstrations et des présentations de produits auprès de clients potentiels
- Négocier et conclure des contrats de vente afin d'atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs fixés
- Entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing afin d'élaborer des stratégies de vente efficaces
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Participer à des événements professionnels et à des salons afin de représenter l'entreprise et de générer des prospects
- Tenir à jour des registres précis de toutes les activités commerciales dans le système CRM de l'entreprise
- Fournir régulièrement des rapports sur les performances commerciales et les informations sur le marché à la direction
- Expérience avérée dans le domaine de la vente
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations avec des clients diversifiés • Solides compétences en matière de négociation et de conclusion de contrats
- Maîtrise des logiciels CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Compétences de présentation convaincantes
- Mster en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
- Maîtrise de l'arabe et du français ; la maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout
- Connaissance approfondie des techniques et méthodologies de vente
- Compréhension de la dynamique du marché local à Agadir et dans les environs
- Motivation personnelle et approche axée sur les résultats
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Permis de conduire valide et disposition à voyager dans la région
