Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central is a dual branded hotel with 473 rooms conveniently located in the CBD.

What you will be doing: 

• Assist Reservations Sales Manager and Supervisor in training and mentoring of the Reservations Team. 

• Direct team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. 

• Managing airline crews and small group business 

• Optimise Hotel occupancy, average rate and yield. 

• Convert all Reservation enquiries into bookings. 

• Take responsibility to attain the highest possible occupancy and average rate.

Your experience and skills include: 

• You are a professional and talented individual who is looking for the next step in their career and wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service. 

• Natural team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 

• You have strong customer care skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail. 

• You are confident about your technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
