NE YAPACAKSINIZ?
- Misafirlerimizin gelişlerinden önceki ilk iletişim noktası siz olacaksınız. Onlara, bireysel ihtiyaçlarına uygun ideal konaklama ve ek hizmetleri seçmelerinde yardımcı olacaksınız.
- Tüm rezervasyonların doğru, zamanında ve şirket içi standartlara uygun şekilde sisteme girilmesinden siz sorumlu olacaksınız. Yaptığınız iş, otel operasyonlarımızın verimliliğini ve misafir memnuniyetini doğrudan etkileyecek.
- Ön büro, kat hizmetleri ve satış ekipleriyle yakın iş birliği içinde çalışarak rezervasyon sürecinin ilk talepten misafirin varışına kadar sorunsuz ilerlemesini sağlayacaksınız.
- Sorumluluklarınız arasında veri yönetimi de yer alacak – özetler ve düzenli raporlar hazırlamak, tüm rezervasyon kayıtlarının doğruluğunu denetlemek gibi görevler üstleneceksiniz. Hassasiyetiniz ve detaylara olan dikkatiniz, otel operasyonlarının sorunsuz işlemesine katkı sağlayacak.
KİMİ ARIYORUZ?
İdeal adayda bulunması gereken özellikler:
- Mükemmel iletişim ve ikna kabiliyeti – insanlarla konuşmaktan keyif alır ve güven vermeyi iyi bilirsiniz.
- Hem misafir memnuniyetine hem de iş sonuçlarına güçlü bir odaklanma.
- Yüksek doğruluk gerektiren idari işlerde deneyim.
- Microsoft Office programlarına hâkimiyet ve otel yazılımlarıyla (tercihen Opera) ilgili bilgi sahibi olmak.
- Benzer pozisyonda tercihen turizm veya müşteri hizmetleri alanında 3–5 yıl deneyim.
- Hem misafirlerle hem de ekip arkadaşlarıyla uzun vadeli ilişkiler kurma becerisi.
