We are hosting a Guest Services Recruitment Day on Tuesday, 5th August 2025 from 9am to 12pm, held at our internationally renowned luxury hotel, Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.

This is your opportunity to meet and hear from our esteemed professional leaders of the Front Desk and Concierge. You will also get the chance to have a one-on-one interview with the team to discover your next career opportunity with us!

At Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, our passionate Front Desk All Rounders, Front Desk Supervisors, Night Auditors and Concierge play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and our team members. They deliver exceptional service with flair and professionalism, ensuring guest and hotel accounts are accurately managed and posted promptly, whilst maintaining smooth financial operations. They handle all telephone calls with professionalism and warmth, as well as being across VIP arrivals and special requests for the day is key, as is having in-depth knowledge of the hotel's services and facilities to provide tailored, exceptional guest experiences. With a positive, “can do” attitude, they embody the essence of French hospitality and support team growth of their colleagues by assisting in their training and keeping detailed records of their progress.
