Descripción del empleo

La persona seleccionada será responsable de ofrecer una atención cercana y profesional al huésped, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones de recepción y colaborando en las diferentes necesidades del establecimiento.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en recepción de hotel.
Experiencia y manejo de Opera Cloud.
Orientación al cliente y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
Persona organizada, resolutiva y con actitud proactiva.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos, incluidos noches, fines de semana y festivos.
Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de idiomas, especialmente inglés y frances.
