We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Public Areas Attendant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both public and back-of-house areas while ensuring high standards of safety and security. If you have a passion for cleanliness, teamwork, and providing exceptional service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain public and back-of-house areas to high standards, adhering to hotel guidelines.
• Assist with regular stocktaking of cleaning equipment.
• Safely handle and store cleaning agents in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with room cleaning, houseman duties, the laundry and uniform room, and other tasks required.
• Support team members and help with guest requests as needed.

• Be physically fit and comfortable working independently
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
