This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, content marketing, internal & external communications, and customer satisfaction analysis — all within an international hospitality group.


Job Description

Content Marketing & Program Promotion

  • Manage and update Loyalty content across various platforms (website, CMS, internal docs)
  • Translate and adapt terms & conditions, marketing materials, and FAQs related to the loyalty program
  • Conduct content research to enhance customer-facing assets
  • Promote the ALL loyalty program across digital touchpoints with a focus on impactful communication and user understanding

Internal Communication & Market Intelligence

  • Support the creation and distribution of internal newsletters focused on loyalty and B2B news
  • Conduct regular competitive intelligence to benchmark loyalty initiatives
  • Create quality PowerPoint presentations

Customer Experience & Satisfaction

  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction related to the loyalty program
  • Test customer journeys and suggest enhancements to optimize the user experience

B2B Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the development and deployment of B2B campaigns targeting business travelers and meeting organizers
  • Coordinate the creation and updating of promotional pages using our CMS
  • Assist regional hubs in the development of B2B marketing campaigns

Events

Contribute to the creation of loyalty offers internal to promote ALL at B2B events


Qualifications

  • Autonomy, organization, and a proactive mindset
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in loyalty
  • Strong attention to details
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to create impactful presentations
  • Team player with the ability to work with various stakeholders on cross-functional projects
  • An understanding of customer-centric communication
