SO/ Sotogrande, located in the prestigious golfing destination of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking an experienced and passionate Golf Instructor to join our team. As a Golf Instructor at our world-class facility, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and love for the game with players of all skill levels.

• Provide individual and group golf lessons to members and guests of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to each student's needs and goals
• Conduct swing analysis and offer corrective techniques to improve players' performance
• Organize and lead golf clinics, workshops, and special events
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the golf practice facilities
• Stay updated on the latest golf teaching methods, equipment, and technologies
• Promote a positive and encouraging learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with the pro shop team to provide equipment recommendations and club fitting services
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and golf course rules

• PGA certification or equivalent professional golf teaching qualification
• Proven experience as a golf instructor or professional golfer
• Excellent teaching and coaching abilities, with a patient and supportive approach
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Proficiency in analyzing and improving players' swings
• Experience in developing training programs for various skill levels
• In-depth knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management
• Understanding of golf fitness and physical conditioning
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
