Hôtel d'affaires situé à 3Km de l'aéroport international Paris Roissy CDG & des Parcs des expositions de Villepinte et du Bourget, le Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention compte 295 chambres, 1 restaurant, 1 salle de petit-déjeuner, 17 salles de réunion, 1 crewlounge, 1 piscine intérieure et 1 salle fitness. L'hôtel travaille avec tous segments de clientèle affaires, loisirs, individuels, groupes, compagnies aériennes. L’hôtel est un établissement de la société juridique SAS SIM – Essendi
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Assurer de façon autonome la production des plats, conformément aux fiches techniques, partie restaurant et séminaires
- Garantir la qualité de la production et au bon déroulement du service en fonction du format : carte ou séminaires
- Etre impliqué(e) dans l’atteinte des objectifs du service
- Animer l’équipe pendant votre service et créer une bonne ambiance de travail, tout en maintenant un niveau d’exigence élevé
- Etre force de proposition dans l'élaboration des cartes restaurant et séminaires
- Etre agile et prendre des initiatives au quotidien
- Management des équipes en l’absence du Chef et Second de cuisine
- Organiser et Participer aux inventaires
- Nettoyer la cuisine au quotidien : ustensiles/contenants, mobiliers et surfaces
- Veiller à la propreté de votre lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d'hygiène HACCP
MANAGEMENT DES EQUIPE
- Développe la motivation et l'adhésion de ses équipes en créant un bon climat de travail
Met en œuvre les directives, les politiques et les procédures
- GESTION
- Est impliqué dans l'atteinte des objectifs de son département en respectant les procédures et les contrôles internes appliqués dans l'hôtel et en développant les ventes
Organise et participe activement aux inventaires
Polyvalence dans les tâches culinaires. Excellente connaissance des produits et de l'utilisation des équipements de cuisine. Capacité d'organiser et de diriger le travail en équipe. Connaissance et respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
