Job Description

This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, coverage for an employee Leave of Absence. 

You are a skilled multi‑tasker who works independently and confidently while managing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative responsibilities. You communicate effectively with Owners, guests, and colleagues, anticipate and resolve issues, and support your team with various projects. You remain level‑headed and focused, even during the busiest moments in the office.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate Owner and Resident reservations and benefits in accordance with project documents.
  • Serve as a primary source of information for the team, Owners, and guests while acting as a liaison with all lodge departments.
  • Manage pre‑arrival itinerary processing.
  • Build and maintain strong Owner relationships to foster brand and property loyalty.
  • Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to deliver personalized, anticipatory service.

Qualifications

  • Previous guest service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests.
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
  • Competency using a variety of computer software. Microsoft Office required, Property Management Systems an asset.
  • Ability to be successful with and without direct supervision.

Hourly: $22.62/hr
