Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead operations at our retail location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of outlet management, including staff supervision, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving profitability and growth.
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff members to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards
- Manage sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste
- Ensure exceptional customer service by establishing and enforcing service standards across all customer touchpoints
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports to support profitability objectives
- Resolve customer complaints and staff conflicts professionally and promptly
- Customize store displays and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and best practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the outlet
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or outlet management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams
- Strong proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Excellent inventory management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian retail market and consumer preferences (preferred)
- Experience in staff training and development (preferred)
- Conflict resolution and mediation expertise (preferred)
