Job Description

Attend to guests’ needs and requests, handling complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Supervise proper payment procedures in the outlet and monitor cost control.
• Ensure that the expected monthly F&B profits are achieved.
• Ensure effective payroll control.
• Guarantee that the team delivers quality service in line with the Hotel’s established standards.
• Maintain communication with the outlet team and other hotel departments.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments for necessary repairs and cleaning to ensure the proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Verify compliance with all applicable regulations, including food safety, licenses, and permits.
• Monitor the inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, managing orders, records, and cost control.
• Manage restaurant staff, including training, supervision, and scheduling.


Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in hotels with high service standards, including international experience.
• Studies in related fields (Hospitality, Gastronomy, Bartending, Sommelier, etc.).
• Advanced English (Mandatory).
