Job Description

Together with the three other Operations Supervisors, you’ll oversee everything that happens Front of House. From Front Office to the breakfast area and the kitchen.
​​​​You handle operational matters and are able to maintain a clear overview. You’ll co-lead a team of 25 colleagues and support the Operations Manager in daily operations.


Qualifications

For the role of Operations Supervisor, we’re searching for a genuine people person: someone who naturally connects with guests, thinks in solutions, and doesn’t get easily thrown off balance.

You’re a team player. Coordinating and organizing tasks comes naturally to you. You also analyse processes and adjust them whenever needed. In addition, you handle the administrative side of procedures accurately and correctly.

We’re looking for someone who loves to coach and develop others, someone who embodies the “human touch,” thinks creatively, and brings their own personality to the role. After all, we aim to be the learning hotel of Accor.
