For our Night Receptionist vacancy at TRIBE Den Haag Centraal, we are looking for a reliable and supportive presence during the hours when almost everyone else is asleep.

Our night-time hero speaks multiple languages and has hospitality running through their veins.

Who are we looking for?
The person filling the role of Night Receptionist ensures that our guests have a fantastic stay at our hotel. You are the face of the hotel and the main point of contact for our guests during the night. Your working day starts every evening with a briefing, so you are well informed about what to expect during your shift. And whatever else happens throughout the night? You are flexible enough and able to think “out of the box” to respond in a hospitable and guest-focused manner.

You check guests in and are able to tell them everything about the surroundings and our city by the dunes. Within this versatile role as Night Receptionist, you carry out the night audit and oversee the general safety within the hotel. When guests check out, you know one thing for sure: they have had an unforgettable stay. Together with your colleagues, you truly make the difference!

Who are you?!
For the position of Night Receptionist at TRIBE, we are looking for someone who is fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a major plus. You preferably have experience in the hospitality industry or a customer-oriented role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You work accurately, have a problem-solving mindset, and a strong attention to detail.

In addition, you are comfortable working with computers and hotel tools, with knowledge of Opera PMS being an advantage. You are flexible and available for night shifts and are able to remain calm and efficient under pressure. With your professional appearance, positive attitude, and empathetic, guest-oriented approach, you are able to maintain a high level of service both independently and as part of a team. Thanks to your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and in an organized manner throughout the night.

What do we offer you?

• A salary in Salary Group V, Step 4 of the Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO). We pay 10% above the Horeca CAO;
• A 15% night shift allowance applied to your entire shift;
• 25 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract—on the condition that you promise to come back afterwards;
• A travel allowance of up to €23 per day, based on home-to-work distance;
• An Accor ALL Heartist Card, giving you discounts on hotel stays, car rentals, and more;
