Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight hotel operations. As the senior manager on duty during the night shift, you will oversee the hotel's operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain security and safety standards, and manage the night audit process.

As Night Manager, you will:
- Lead and support the Front Office and Night team during overnight operations.
- Ensure the smooth running of the hotel while acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Complete and oversee the nightly audit and revenue reconciliation processes.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, team members, and property.
- Coordinate responses to emergencies and incidents when required.
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.
- Work closely with key departments including Housekeeping, Reservations, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Night Manager, Night Audit Manager, or senior Front Office leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Managers and First Aid Certificate preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A calm and professional approach when managing incidents and guest concerns
