Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Sofitel and spa standards.
- Ensure the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment.
- Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests.
- Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath/Hammam Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath rituals and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- English language proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
