Procuramos um(a) estagiário(a) de Meetings & Events entusiasta e organizado para se juntar à nossa equipa em Lisboa, Portugal.
Nesta função, irá apoiar o planeamento, a coordenação e a execução de reuniões e eventos corporativos. Este estágio oferece uma excelente oportunidade para adquirir experiência prática na gestão de eventos, trabalhando ao lado de profissionais experientes num ambiente corporativo dinâmico. Irá obter experiência prática em todos os aspetos da coordenação de eventos, desde o planeamento inicial até ao acompanhamento pós-evento.
- Auxiliar no planeamento e coordenação de reuniões, conferências e eventos corporativos, desde a conceção até à conclusão
- Apoiar a logística dos eventos, incluindo a seleção do local, a gestão de fornecedores e os preparativos de catering
- Preparar e manter a documentação dos eventos, incluindo agendas, listas de participantes e acompanhamento do orçamento
- Comunicar com as partes interessadas internas e fornecedores externos para garantir a execução perfeita dos eventos
- Gerir os processos de inscrição e check-in dos eventos, tanto presenciais como virtuais
- Auxiliar na elaboração de materiais promocionais e conteúdos para redes sociais relacionados com eventos futuros
- Realizar o acompanhamento pós-evento, incluindo a recolha de feedback dos participantes e a elaboração de relatórios sobre o evento
- Manter registos e bases de dados organizados com informações sobre o evento e detalhes dos participantes
- Apoiar a coordenação da configuração das salas de reunião e dos requisitos audiovisuais
- Executar tarefas administrativas, incluindo agendamento, correspondência e introdução de dados
- Fortes competências de organização e gestão do tempo, com capacidade para realizar várias tarefas simultaneamente e estabelecer prioridades de forma eficaz
- Excelentes competências de comunicação escrita e oral em inglês
- Proficiência na utilização do Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a precisão em todas as tarefas
- Capacidade de trabalhar em colaboração com equipas multifuncionais
- Comportamento profissional e orientação para o atendimento ao cliente
- Interesse comprovado em planeamento de eventos ou coordenação de reuniões
- Preferencial: Capacidade bilingue (português e inglês)
- Preferencial: Experiência anterior em coordenação de eventos, hotelaria ou funções de apoio administrativo
