Du premier café à la dernière viennoiserie dorée, vous êtes prêt à tout superviser !
Notre hôtel Novotel/Greet Paris 13 Porte d'Italie recherche un(e) Maître d'Hôtel, en CDI.
● Vous encadrez et motivez l’équipe du matin dans un esprit bienveillant et dynamique.
● Toujours à l’écoute, vous êtes force de proposition pour faire évoluer l’offre petit déjeuner selon les attentes des clients, les nouvelles tendances et les objectifs de l’établissement.
● Vous êtes référent en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité.
● Vous assurez le suivi des stocks liés à l’activité petit déjeuner, les commandes nécessaires et participez à la gestion des coûts.
Une expérience confirmée en restauration et en management d'équipe
Une personne souriante, dynamique, avec une vraie passion pour le service client.

● Vous êtes maître en matières de contrôle opérationnel, de la gestion du stock et de perte.
