Job Description
- Monitor and supervise swimming activities to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce all safety rules and regulations at the pool area.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if required.
- Conduct routine checks to maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of the pool area.
- Assist in providing a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Certified in lifeguarding and first aid.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a lifeguard in a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred.
- Familiarity with pool operations, safety inspections, and water rescue techniques.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Ability to perform rescues and physically demanding tasks as required by the role.
- Ability to lift and carry safety equipment, rescue tools, or guests if necessary.
- Committed to creating exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
