-管理と協力: また、社外のパートナーや協会との連携を図り、GMまたはタレント&カルチャー・ディレクターの指示に従い、その他の職務を遂行する。
•Training Strategy & Execution: Develops, implements, and manages the Hotel Training Plan and budget aligned with strategic goals; conducts training needs analyses; designs and delivers tailored training programs; maintains a comprehensive training calendar; ensures participation in Accor and brand-standard training.
•Team Development & Support: Facilitates onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job training in coordination with department heads; provides coaching, counselling, and advisory support; ensures compliance with grooming, uniform, and behavioral standards; translates and communicates key T&C policies as needed.
•Administration & Collaboration: Maintains accurate training records and submits reports; supports policy implementation and staff events; liaises with external partners and associations; performs other duties as assigned by the GM or Director of Talent & Culture.
