Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are seeking an enthusiastic Laundry Attendant with a proactive and positive approach to support our housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and a seamless guest experience behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team behind the scenes. In this vital role, you’ll operate laundry machinery, manage linen flow, and ensure top-quality linen results for guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, and team uniforms are delivered.

You’ll help keep our laundry area clean and organised, maintain accurate linen records, assist with trolley prep, and ensure chemical supplies are stocked adequately. If you’re reliable, detail-focused, and ready to be part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you!

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping is a plus, but not essential - we’ll provide full training
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with other departments
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
