Bali Brunch offers a vibrant and uplifting brunch experience, inspired by the tropical lifestyle and modern island culture of Bali. Guests can expect colorful, nourishing vegan and vegetarian soul-food creations crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a passion for mindful dining. Instead of a traditional buffet, each guest enjoys a beautifully curated “Platter Brunch” — an artful selection of warm and cold dishes presented together, designed to delight the senses and celebrate the relaxed, laid-back spirit of Bali.

COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW WHAT YOU CAN

How does your working day look like …

• As the person in charge, you are responsible for preparing and producing our Bali brunch platters.
• Your task is to work with the team to ensure that we have sufficient stock of our products and that orders are placed.
• Make this brunch something special for our guests.
• With your hands-on mentality, you will support the kitchen crew in all areas.
• As the Bali Brunch takes place mainly on weekends, you will bring your energy and creativity to make Saturdays and Sundays truly special for our guests.

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You enjoy working with people and like to take care of guests' well-being.
• You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the job.
• Ideally, you have experience in preparing breakfast or brunch dishes, which would be an advantage.
