One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.


Job Description

Kids Club Manager

The Kids Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, programming, and team management of the Kids Club. This role ensures that all children’s activities are delivered in a fun, safe, and engaging environment that aligns with the entertainment standards.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate a dynamic schedule of age-appropriate activities and themed events.
  • Manage Kids Club inventory, supplies, and budget under the supervision of the Entertainment Manager.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Kids Club team to maintain high service and safety standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for children and families.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their children’s participation and well-being.
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and incidents promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to plan and promote new and creative programs, themed events, and seasonal activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and staff certifications.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Education, Recreation, Childcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in children’s recreation, childcare, or entertainment management in similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of child safety and safeguarding procedures.
  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
