Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and reviewing applications;
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience;
  • Execute onboarding and orientation programs to help new hires integrate effectively into the organization;
  • Prepare and maintain new employee personal files (both online and printed);
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, and support in managing HR-related administrative requests and the timekeeping system;
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by registering new employees and tracking training completion;
  • Maintain records of training activities, certifications, and participant progress;
  • Oversee the smooth handling of employee exits, the clearance process, is handled in a timely and organized manner;
  • To be involved in employee engagement activities, including organizing monthly/annual gatherings and involved in planning various events & activities;

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience or internship in Human Resources, with a focus on HR administration or recruitment considered an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Understanding of Georgian labor legislation or willingness to learn quickly;
  • Experience with HR administration and attendance systems (preferably SelfHR) is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity;
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Georgian and English (both written and verbal);
